IoT is the market trend but the copy solution does not give any good result.

You may find some new good solutions in the old hardware technologies with Internet solution value-add.

The good target is the home appliances.

The key of its differentiation of IoT is the contribution to the public.  I found one of examples in Whirlpool solution at CES2015.  They offer the donation contribution through Habitat for humanity.

Rather than the convenience, there is an answer in the world contribution.



最近、IoT関連記事が続きますが、ひとつの時流であることには間違いありません。但し、他人のモノマネでは駄目。

枯れた技術、製品だと思われていたハードウエアにも新しいソリューションが生まれる可能性は沢山あります。

その雄が家電製品でしょう。

その時の差別化というか新しい時代の鍵になるのが、「三方よし」の一つの「世間よし」ではないかと思います。

その一端をCES2015で、白物家電の米国老舗のひとつであるWhirlpoolに見ました。洗濯機をスマホで外出先から操作できるのは誰も考えることですね。

彼らはHabitat for Humanityを通して、「世間よし」ソリューションを提案しています。日本は、こうしたソリューションも考えられる企業が出ないとまだまだ成長国家から成熟国家に脱皮出来ないと思います。
