Cloud Service Brokerage (CSB) is the new business model buzz word defined by Gartner Group.
It is the integration solution which they offer any mix of the technologies, products, services, business processes and people via cloud computing platform.
In 80's, Dell started the new business for PCs as Built-to-Order to make users easy to buy pre-configured system to use.
Today, SaaS and other cloud computing is still Need-to-Build, not Read-to-Use by customers, needless to say for B2C. So, it is difficult for SMEs to enjoy cloud computing benefits unless they have some resources to integrate solutions among SaaS, PaaS and/or IaaS.
I do believe that CSB business model will be more popular to expand cloud computing business solution from 2015 more and more.
