There is NPO so called Seattle Venture Partner here.

They have partners who pay the annual fee as donation to support startups.  SVP also sub-lease the spaces for Impact Hub (London HQ, office share company) and Pinchot University.

There is another Office Share company; WeWork and they opened their operation here in Seattle.

I will introduce them for your reference as the series of my notes.
