Michael Dell is still trying to challenge to buy back the company investing all his money.
He can just retire and enjoy the rest of his life.
He did not choose that option.
The importance of Mission Statement is not only for business but also politics, education and all others.
Move your heart towards your goal and your body start walking to that direction.
最初の言葉から最新のマイクロソフトの経営理念だとわかった人は、業界通の方以外では殆どいらっしゃないのでは？
マイクロソフトがスタートした当時、確かビルゲイツは各家庭、各個人全てにPCをというような夢を掲げていたと記憶しています。
マイケル・デルは会社の上場廃止を全財産投げ打って行ない会社を立て直そうとしています。彼くらいの大金持ちになれば、今更そんなに働かなくても残りの人生遊んで暮せるはずなのに。
こうした理念の大切さは、ビジネス業界だけでなく、政治、教育などすべてに言える事です。
自分の心をまずゴールに向けましょう。身体は自らその方向に動きはじめると思います。
