Samsung showed this AMOLED a year ago at CES 2011. Cannot wait for an actual product like this concept.
Tablet concept will be dramatically changed. The issue will be a battery ?
Memory, tilting and motion sensors, WiFi and there will be other key components besides a battery.
They might be another small box and we may only carry a display in hands. But still above mentioned key components will be issues.

Future advances in nanotechnology will hopefully allow such devices to become commonplace. The limitations of current batteries will likely remain the biggest challenge to overcome in the short term. Anyone who owns a smartphone can probably attest to this.
