- Negative internal politics 35%
- They don't like their boss 31%
- They don't feel empowered 31%
I do believe that the half of management job is HCR(Human Capital Relationship). If her/his staff enjoy their jobs and accomplish their roles and responsibilities, a management job will be much easier.
But it is not so simple.
Indeed, the company culture is one of the keys just like a school color.
